  • Inquiry & File Upload Send us your STL, STEP, or 3D model files along with quantity, material preference, and technical requirements.

  • Technical Review (usually within 4–12 hours) We analyze your design for printability, suggest optimizations if needed, and recommend the best material and printing parameters.

  • Quotation You receive a clear, fixed-price offer including lead time, material, and any post-processing.

  • Print Optimization & Slicing Our experienced technicians fine-tune every setting (infill, wall thickness, orientation, supports) to achieve maximum strength and accuracy.

  • 3D Printing Parts are printed on calibrated industrial FDM printers in a temperature-controlled environment.

  • Quality Control Dimensional inspection, visual check, and functional testing (where applicable).

    Post-Processing (if requested) Sanding, smoothing, painting, inserts, or assembly.

  • Packaging & Shipping Careful packaging and fast dispatch — worldwide.

We primarily work with STL and STEP files. Other formats (IGES, OBJ, etc.) are possible upon request.
Our largest printer allows parts up to 300 × 300 × 300 mm in one piece. Larger parts can be printed in sections and assembled.
Typical dimensional accuracy is ±0.2 mm or ±0.2%, whichever is greater. Tighter tolerances are possible with post-machining or specific settings.
Yes. All projects and files are treated with strict confidentiality. We are happy to sign an NDA upon request.
Absolutely. We support single prototypes as well as series production from 10 to 500+ pieces.
